She died in Wallsend in 1851

Her great granddaughter Helen Aird helped with much of this research


Robert married Margaret Lucas on September 19th 1882. Margaret was born in Whitehaven.

Their son Francis was born at Wingate Foundry on 7th August 1883

Frank went to Oxford University and married Dora Mary Curtis who he met while working at the Sun Alliance Assurance Company in Liverpool. They later moved to Denmark Hill, London where Frank had his own acturial business.

They were married in St John's Church, Egremont on 7 July 1914.
